Shipping is exclusively within Germany.

International shipping is currently not possible.

Shipping Carrier

Shipping is handled by DHL.

Depending on the size and scope of the order, shipping will be either as a DHL small parcel or a DHL parcel.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the size and scope of the order.

The following shipping costs currently apply:

• DHL small parcel: €3.60
  
• DHL parcel: €6.49
  

For orders over €50.00, shipping within Germany is free of charge.

The applicable shipping costs will be displayed to the customer during the ordering process.

Delivery Times

Unless a different delivery time is specified for the respective product, the delivery time within Germany is generally 1–4 working days after receipt of payment.

For personalized products, the processing and delivery time may be slightly extended in individual cases.

Should unexpected delivery delays occur, customers will be informed as soon as possible.

Shipping of Personalized Products

Personalized products are manufactured individually according to customer specifications.

Production generally begins promptly after the order is placed.

Once production has started, changes or cancellations of personalized orders are generally no longer possible.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect the delivery immediately upon receipt for obvious transit damage.

If there is externally visible damage to the packaging or goods, we ask that you report this directly to the delivery person if possible and also contact us promptly.

The statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by this.

Undeliverable Shipments

Should a shipment be undeliverable due to incorrect address information or repeated non-acceptance by the customer and be returned to us, we reserve the right to charge the customer for the renewed shipping costs for another delivery.
